A Service to celebrate Carolyn's life will take place at Prince Regent House 748 Geelong Road, Ballarat on Saturday the 11th of June 2022 commencing at 1.30 p.m. A private cremation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers please kindly support the Think Pink Foundation for breast cancer in honour of Carolyn. Donations may be made to thinkpink.org.au We kindly ask people to wear a small touch of pink in honour of Carolyn and all those who have lost their lives to breast cancer.
