Funeral Notice
I met Dulcie about 10 years ago whist researching my family tree – her grandmother Mary Fowler and my great grandfather Alfred Fowler were sister and brother. My father John had also communicated with Dulcie before his death in 1993. Our meeting in Ballarat was an enjoyable and enlightening experience, and Dulcie provided a lot of information on the Fowler side of the family. I’m sorry that we never got to continue our conversation, but am truly thankful that I was at least able to meet this kind and welcoming lady.

Alice Springs.Dulcie and I had several happy days attending performances from The Organs of the Ballarat Festival together. As the concerts were out of town, we had the arrangement that I would drive and she would organise some lunch. Dulcie made very special tomato sandwiches. So pleased that I met her after moving to Ballarat. My sincere condolences to all the family
