Gwendoline "Gwen" Blake (née Hemley)

Passed away peacefully with her family at her side on February 23rd 2021 at Cabrini Hospital Malvern after fighting a long battle with illness.

Loved and loving Mother of Angela and Vanessa, Mother in law of Justin and Luke.
Grandmother of Antonella, Zara, Blake and Flynn.

A woman who sacrificed everything for her family, a heart of pure gold and compassion. Free of pain and free to be with the wildflowers.

Our heartfelt thanks to the ICU team at Cabrini Hospital Malvern who cared for her with dignity and kindness and also to St John of God Ballarat and Dr. Kemp.
