Loved and loving husband of Rhonda.

Adored by Rachel, Wayne and Brooke, Brett, Jack, Connor and Isabella, Kim, Steve and Rhys, Matt and Huong, Olivia, Richard, Georgia and Charlotte, Bec, Jes, Mae and Clem, Jes, Benny and Mavis.

Jeff you will be missed by all of us.

The funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Jeff Forrest will be held for those that are fully vaccinated (as per Jeff’s request) on Thursday December 16, 2021 at 12:00 noon in the Prince Regent House Chapel, 748 Geelong Road, Ballarat. At the conclusion of the service a burial will take place at the Ballarat New Cemetery.
