A service to celebrate Merv's life will take place at the Mercure Hotel and Convention Centre, 613 Main Road, Ballarat on Friday October 25, 2019 at 2.00 p.m. A private cremation will follow the service. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Ballarat Health Services. Envelopes will be available.
