A Service to celebrate the life of Mr Vernon (BILL) Ruchel will be held on Friday, September 8th, 2023 at 1.30pm at the Prince Regent House Chapel, 748 Geelong Road, Ballarat.
Followed by Private Cremation
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Ballarat Foundation.

Melanie, Jo, Jill, Ginnie and Matt, Our love and thoughts today on the loss of Bill. A fine gentleman, a neighbour and friend to us all at Carwarp and in Ballarat. A treasured friend of Melva and Len. His quiet demeanour and wise counsel well remembered. We are sorry we can not attend today’s service to celebrate a life well lived.
